Initial Consultation:
A one-hour meeting with our consultant to discuss the overall vision and specific needs for your wedding. You have the opportunity to discuss any pre-selected vendors you have secured or want to use, your budget, the number of people you expect to attend, and any cultural or traditional influences you wish to incorporate.
Multi-Day Wedding
The Couple:
You have some ideas brewing, but you need someone to help you plan and execute a multi-day celebration.
The Package:
Planning and execution for your multi-day celebration, including 1-2 events plus the wedding day.
We’ll work closely with you to discuss your ideas and help you navigate an approachable wedding planning process. It can take over 300 hours on average to plan a wedding weekend, so our goal is to make it something that’s actually enjoyable for you—and easier to balance with the rest of your day-to-day life. We’ll handle the research and communication and create cohesive presentations for you so that you can quickly and easily make educated planning decisions.

Planning and execution for your wedding day.
We’ll work side by side with you to navigate the planning process for your celebration. Similar to the Multi-Day Experience, all research, communication, and presentations will be handled by our team—but we’ll be focused on the wedding day only

Seize the Day | Wedding Management Package
The Couple:
You want to be in the driver’s seat with planning—but don’t want to be the main point of contact on your wedding day and want a professional to take over in the final few months.
The Package:
Consulting hours + wedding day management and execution.
As you finalize you plan for your celebration, the P2 Party Perfect team will be here to offer guidance and advice in the home stretch, be a second eye on contracts, or anything else you might need as you finalize those last few details in your planning process. You’ll have a set number of consulting hours that can be used in various ways, including monthly check-in calls, vendor sourcing, and on-site coordination services to couples who only need assistance in the final months leading up to their wedding. We are represented as your wedding coordinators for your wedding day. You meet with our consultant eight to ten weeks in advance to discuss your specific plans. We take all your wedding planning details and coordinate with you and your vendors precisely what is necessary to make your wedding day go exactly as planned. Please note that the Wedding Management package is only booked six months in advance.

Vow Renewal
Celebrating a landmark anniversary? Maybe you weren’t able to have the wedding of your dreams and want an I do part two. Perhaps you’d like to celebrate the perseverance of your marriage through past hard times.
